1. What if I am not a member of a group you listed, but should be considered for the Pro Discount?
   • If you protect and serve, but do not have an affiliation with one of the listed groups, please apply. You can select 'Other' for affiliation, and add the group you affiliate with.
2. What type of documentation is required?
   • Scanned copies or clear photos of the following documents will be accepted: Official ID badge, Service ID card, award certificate, recent pay stub with your name and department, Military ID, DD214 (short/deleted forms okay), Veterans Health Identification Card (VHIC), VA Proof of Service Letter.
   • If you do not have any of these documents, please provide documentation that clearly shows your name and affiliation.
3. I received my confirmation email, but am not seeing my discount. How do I get assistance?
   • Our customer service team is here to help as needed, but before you reach out, please log out of your customer account, clear your broswer cookies and cache, close all of your browser windows, then log back in.

4. What brands do I get a discount on, once I am approved for the Pro Discount?
   • We are the exclusive online retailer for Cloud Defensive Pro Discount products, but are currently working with additional manufacturers to offer a wide variety of products from your favorite brands in the shop.

By applying for and using the Pro Discount Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
   • This discount is exclusively available to active and retired law enforcement officers, active and retired first responders, active and retired military personnel, and veterans.
2. Personal Use Only
   • The discount is intended for personal, off-duty use only. Products purchased using this discount must not be used for resale, business purposes, or transferred to others.
3. Non-Transferable
   • The discount is non-transferable and must be used solely by the individual whose information and documentation were provided during the application process.
4. Verification of Identity
   • Applicants must provide valid documentation to verify their eligibility. Acceptable forms of documentation include an official ID badge, service ID card, DD214 (short/deleted forms okay), or a recent pay stub showing the applicant's name and department or branch of service.
5. Accuracy of Information
   • All information provided in the application form must be accurate and up-to-date. Providing false or misleading information may result in the revocation of the discount and/or potential legal consequences.
6. Misuse of Discount
   • Any misuse of the discount, including but not limited to purchasing items for resale, will result in the immediate revocation of the discount. Additionally, misuse may lead to further legal action.
7. Review and Approval
   • All applications are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation if necessary.
8. Revocation of Discount
   • We reserve the right to revoke the discount at any time if we determine that the terms and conditions have been violated.
9. Changes to Terms
   • We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the discount following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality
    • All personal information and documentation provided will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of verifying eligibility for the discount. We will not share your information with any third parties without your consent.
11. Communication
    • By applying for the discount, you agree to receive communication regarding the status of your application and any updates related to the discount program.
